All our official communications will come from an HR@activewellness.com email address. Be cautious of emails from free, public domains like Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook.

We will never ask for payment or personal financial information during the hiring process. Be wary of any requests for money, credit card information, or bank details.

INTERVIEWS

Legitimate interviews will be conducted through our official channels, either at our offices, through our secure video conferencing platform, or via a verified phone call. If you are asked to use a different platform or meet in an unofficial location, please contact us to verify the legitimacy.

JOB OFFERS

Authentic job offers will come through our official communication channels and will typically follow a formal interview process. Be suspicious of job offers that are made without a proper interview.
