As Executive Director of New Business at Active Wellness, Marty leads efforts to build meaningful connections and strategic partnerships that drive mutual success.

With a collaborative approach and a robust network spanning major operators, franchisees, consultants, and manufacturers, Marty is committed to helping clients and partners thrive through innovative, results-driven solutions. In his role, Marty works closely with the Executive Team to develop cutting-edge sales strategies, focusing on identifying potential clients and nurturing relationships to successfully close contracts, generating new, recurring revenue for the organization. Additionally, Marty represents Active Wellness at key conferences and tradeshows, connecting with buyers seeking top-tier fitness and wellness partnerships.
