Across our network all new members receive two in-person touchpoints, and with diligent follow-up and support 50% of those who come in for that first touchpoint, follow-through with a second. This allows us to personalize their experience with other programming, such as:
- Customized Programming via our Member App. Based on assessments, trainers create needs or goal-specific workouts for members. In the last year, we have seen over 200 customized workouts completed, as well as over 200 built on our App by our members.
- Biometric Scans for Members and Training Clients. Reviewing biometric data allows the opportunity to discuss goals and provide professional solutions. Implementing biometric scans throughout the member experience with technology like Inbody or EVOLT has boosted site revenue and increased personal training clients. It also provides real-time results for both our business and clients. In the past 6 months, we have seen 149lb of fat lost and 129lb of muscle gained.

Experience
Employees want convenience and an amazing experience at their workplace, while many employers are trying to drive employees back to the office. With all this in mind, we are seeing the demand for experience from employees, alongside the emergence of unique and innovative amenities from employers (think car detailing, dry cleaning, spa services, etc). Active Wellness continues to focus on the experience to deliver industry trends directly to our workplace fitness and wellness programs:
- Hybrid Programming. Keeping in mind intentional human touch points with innovative technology, a majority of our programs are hybrid, available for both onsite and online engagement. Our personal training and health coaching leverage technology for booking, sessions and assignment of customized workouts. Our App is the driving technology for our programming, featuring monthly challenges, on demand videos, curated trainer workouts and opportunites for integration. In the last 30 days, we’ve seen over 4,000 workouts logged in our app.
- Boutique Fitness Opportunities. We want employees to workout at their workplace, so we are always bringing innovative fitness programs to the facilities we serve. Our ZONE, heart rate based program, integrates Myzone technology to create a boutique fitness experience right at work. At our commercial clubs, we retain ZONE members for upwards of 2 years, creating a real brand awareness and loyalty that we replicate in the corporate space.
- High End Managment. Active Wellness are experts at managing high-end amenities from our current partnership managing an onsite golf simulator to our upcoming management of massage, red light, and other spa services. We can help you bring and manage unique amenities to enhance your employee experience.

Engagement
Active Wellness strives for innovation both inside and outside the four walls of our facility, discovering ways we can reach more employees through unique partnerships, targeted service offerings and continued engagement opportunities:
- Smart Equipment. Smart equipment provides real-time feedback based on performance. The use of smart equipment engages the user in a new way, allowing for personalization at an appropriate cadence for the user. One of our locations that integrates smart equipment sees over 80% of new members onboarded and dedicated to using the equipment. Showing interest and engagement!
- Communication + Education. Communication and education are key for all programs, and Active Wellness continues to explore new and innovative technologies that drive these initiatives. From SMS messaging, chat features and curated education, we find that an intentional communication cadence can extremely enhance the member experience and engagementwithin the program.
