The 2025 Award Recipients

Kathy Hutchinson | Medical Integration Coordinator Active Wellness Center at Petaluma

Kathy is a visionary in bridging the gap between clinical care and community fitness at our Active Wellness Center club in Petaluma, CA. Her leadership has transformed our medical programming, notably through the launch of the Pedaling for Parkinson’s program and her success with the Exercise RX initiative. Under her guidance, participant completion rates have more than doubled. Kathy is currently leading our Petaluma site toward Medical Fitness Association (MFA) certification, ensuring that exercise remains an essential extension of healthcare.

Brando Caballero | General Manager The Summit at Lantana Health & Fitness Center

Brando exemplifies hands-on leadership at our workplace wellness location in Austin, TX. Whether coaching his staff or personally assisting members on the floor, his commitment to excellence is visible. Brando’s focus on internal mentorship and member engagement has led to impressive growth in membership and personal training revenue. By leveraging technology to enhance operations, Brando ensures a world-class experience for everyone at The Summit.

Shirley Mowery | Director, Adult Enrichment Community Health & Fitness Center

Shirley’s journey from member to leader is a testament to her passion for community building at our community club in the Upper East Side of New York City. Managing a multi-million-dollar business unit in the heart of New York City, Shirley has professionalized the adult enrollment experience by implementing scalable systems and processes. Her work brings structure and purpose to programming that enriches the lives of thousands, ensuring long-term success for her center and its community.
